Para el segundo tiempo ambas escuadras hicieron modificaciones: por parte de León ingresó Lucero Cuevas y salió Madeleine Pasco (54′), mientras que por Toluca abandonaron Patricia Jardón (55′), María Sánchez (55′) y Laura Parra (62′) y entraron Noemi Granados, Natalia Colin y Zaira Miranda, respectivamente.
